Complete and utter incompetence. The pharmacy staff are late and will give you the runaround about needing detailed insurance documentation beyond your standard, run of the mill insurance card. Then, after you’ve wasted hours of your day having your insurance company call the pharmacy, they’ll tack on another 15 minutes in addition to the time *they* provide for when your prescription will be ready to pick up. This place is ridiculous. Worst customer service ever. Completely ignored by three different staff members. I'm the only one in line and no acknowledgement at all.
