The pharmacist TAN tries to dictate your medications your DOCTOR prescribes you. I’m in pain management from a car accident , & had never had a problem before. Now, that my dr is changing my Medications Tan feels that it’s a risk, so because she feels that way now I have to find a new pharmacy. A lady name Trish and the asian ladies that work in the pharmacy are so friendly and nice! This is why I give it 4 stars. The other female employee that work to the far right behind the pharmacy counter is extremely rude! You always have 1 bad apple in the bunch! I went in today and this young lady was helping a customer at register and I was waiting in line and she left the register and went behind the counter and started doing something there unsure what it was. I’ve been a customer at several different pharmacies in town, primarily in the Northwest Reno area, and I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Raley’s Robb Drive pharmacy. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and they always go out of their way to make you feel valued as a customer. I’ve been going here for years and recently, even with a shortage of staff, they still find a way to keep the line moving, get medications filled as quickly as possible, and make the experience enjoyable.
