It really pains me to leave such a low star rating for this store. I have loved shopping at Raley's over the years. They have a fantastic selection of organic and vegan items. I have been particularly fond of the burritos at the deli. Unfortunately, I have discovered that chicken broth is used in both the refried beans and rice. I have asked on several occasions and had been told they were veg friendly. Now I discover they are not. Very misleading and distressing to learn this. RecommendedWhen this COVID-19 all started and I started shopping using ECart and curbside pick up you all were understandably overwhelmed and it was taking days to be able to pick up. You all have stepped up and met the challenge, I can now get my orders on the same day or the next day and I am getting calls about substitutions. Thank you for rising to the challenge and the wonderful customer service.

go in to get a name on the cake, and this is what the obviously irritated guy in bakery did. We were very pleasant to him, but he never smiled and it seemed like Mathew was having a tough day. Lucky me.
RecommendedI was upset yesterday because they refused to refund me for a cake that was bad... leaking a sticky fluid through a crack in the container. Sent them an IM last night and I received a response in an hour! They apologized and sincerely wanted to make it right. They committed to clarifying their return policy with their teams given all of the changes related to COVID19. Went in today and they took care of me. I am impressed and a fan again. Good job, Raley’s!!
RecommendedSuch a nice store with very friendly staff and a great selection of fresh local products. Clean, helpful and accommodating. Very impressed by how they are handling the safety precautions for the Covid-19. Highly recommend.
