We recently moved to Benicia. Our first visit to this store was great. The checker was congenial and efficient. We loved that the store was bigger than the one in Martinez, where we came from. But since then, our visits have been frustrating and disappointing. Long lines every time! While big, they are not well stocked everywhere. Most frustrating is the demeanor of the employees. The thing that bothers me more than the ridiculous high prices in general is the deceptive pricing. Allow me to explain what I mean. There are 4 types of price tags. Regular prices. 'Club' prices. Actually sale prices. And "when you buy X-number" prices. So unless you are paying close attention, it would be easy to miss the "when you buy 3" part.
