The employees really seem like a family. They all seem genuinely happy to be there. SO helpful! The store is clean and the aisles are nice and wide. Great selection of items and well stocked. Love this store!
The new doors in the meat dept are absolutely wonderful customer service outstanding
I was a loyal Nob Hill shopper before I moved to Grass Valley and I was very happy to have a Raleys in my new hometown, however this store more often than not overcharges me. I have shopped here on & off since 2005 and nothing changes. I have talked to both the corporate offices & the store management, they apologize but I am still overcharged time & time again.
