Bad service for Lotto.Will not go there..

I was upset yesterday because they refused to refund me for a cake that was bad... leaking a sticky fluid through a crack in the container. Sent them an IM last night and I received a response in an hour! They apologized and sincerely wanted to make it right. They committed to clarifying their return policy with their teams given all of the changes related to COVID19. Went in today and they took care of me. I am impressed and a fan again. Good job, Raley’s!!

This store is amazing and kept very clean! Staff is wonderful and helpful to my every need when I asked to find something. Took my kids to the Halloween event last year and it was so much fun, very well put together.
the season al kids activities are the best
The deli moves in SLOW MOTION.....prepare to wait about 20 min, even if the sandwhich is already made....the service is garbage
