Fire the two clerks and your customer service manager. I came in to buy Christmas and gift cards totaling over $300 and they profiled me like a criminal. Checking my debit card and ID like I forged it, in front of customers, playing it off like this short of things a big problem. Problem is, I will never step foot inside a Raley's again.
