Been shopping here since the store was built. After the remodel, the store inventory and customer service has steadily gone down hill. The pharmacy has morphed into one of the worst I've ever encountered as a consumer. What good is it to have a physician call in a RX days ahead of time...or order it over the phone days ahead if they wait until you arrive at the pharmacy to begin filling it? Every trip to Raley's there are many smiling faces which makes grocery shopping a pleasant experience. They have recently remodeled, so the store is very tidy and welcoming. Also, I love the art shows they host in the Pete's Coffee Lounge. It is a great place to showcase art in the community. Overall, Raleys in Natomas is a great place to shop.
I had a difficult situation at the store where I lost $20 at self checkout. The customer behind me took it. But the managers researched it and took care of it. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service and I will be going back to their deli at least once a week for a Dagwood sandwich on foccacia bread.
Great store, great staff! Had a wonderful experience in the bakery department. Angelica made a lovely under the ocean cake for my sons 3rd birthday, even added a Whale Shark for him!With her skills and Danielle's wonderful attention to my son and nephew during the process, my experience was a True Delight. Thank you thank you thank you!
