When this COVID-19 all started and I started shopping using ECart and curbside pick up you all were understandably overwhelmed and it was taking days to be able to pick up. You all have stepped up and met the challenge, I can now get my orders on the same day or the next day and I am getting calls about substitutions. Thank you for rising to the challenge and the wonderful customer service.
I was there at 7:30 pm I use electric cart because I am not well.Have been very sick for some time .They know that they see me there often.I have gone to Raley’s which is furthest store from me because they have carts I can use and usually they will give me help to my car..I always make sure to take cart back because people steal them.I was very ill last night but I needed things I forgot earlier had to go back.I always ask someone to come out especially so not to leave cart … See more
the staff are always helpful and the ecart is a huge time saver
It’s close, friendly staff 👍🏼 But it’s definitely not the Bel Air & Raley’s of decades ago 😞 Did I mention it’s close to my house 🤷🏻♂️
My 18 year old son, diagnosed Autistic/Deaf/Non-Verbal just completed his summer workability program at this location. The staff was extremely kind, especially Jimmy, who remembered my son from his alma mater, Bella Vista High School. It’s awesome that Raley’s supports individuals with special needs and I will continue shopping at a store that participated in this amazing program.
