Absolutely terrible. Couldn't even get anyone out. They cancelled the first time. First time fine. Second time the wife called to say her husband was sick. Third time I called because it was 30 minutes after my appointment. Heard him rustling through papers and tells me oh so sorry for the confusion I had 2 April's scheduled for today. Really because it wasn't even under my name. What a professional company.
We had a beautiful 3 year old Maple planted last year, and it is doing awesome. Mr. Raley was very professional, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great quality tree.
