Dr. Burke and her team are awesome. Dr. Burke was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. When I was finished with my eye exam, I was introduced to Kelly which is hands down the best eyewear sales rep I have ever dealt with. 10/10 recommend this location. I had scheduling issues with the Hoover location. So glad I came to the Pelham location instead of!!!!
Loved Dr. Burke!
Dr. Burke was very knowledgeable and thorough. She definitely exceeded my expectations. She explained the changes in my vision and how my astigmatism affects my vision. She also went above and beyond to fine tune my eye glass prescription which can be difficult due to my astigmatism. The optical shop representative was also one of a kind. She helped me pick out frames that fit my face perfectly and gave me pointers on keeping my out of pocket cost to a minimum. Overall it was a great experience!
I was very pleased with Dr. Burke and her staff. Dr. Burke took her time with me and explained as we went along. I felt like she cared. Briitney and Kelly were amazing as well. They were very sweet and patient with me. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
