I went here for a Groupon with my best friend and these ladies were awesome!!!! Great atmosphere and they really do care about your health!!! FYI: for those who do go, please be consider of the other clients and shower before you come. 😊

Raleigh Yoga Company is a vibrant and welcoming studio full of dedicated students and teachers. The owners, Laura and Susan, truly demonstrate what it means to live your yoga practice on and off the mat. They can be found teaching and taking classes daily, and they’re always willing to answer questions and drink a juice with you! This is a great place to begin your yoga practice, or bring it to a new level. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to teach and practice with this amazing yoga community.

Charming boutique studio featuring Bikram Method, Inferno Hot Pilates & Yin. Owners, Susan & Laura are beyond passionate about yoga & work tirelessly to provide fabulous classes & customer service. A must try in Raleigh!

A beautiful new studio in Raleigh. I've taken each of the the different class options offered and have had a great experience in all of them. The teachers show a genuine interest in seeing that you have a great workout in a friendly, inclusive and inviting atmosphere.
