I started going to them about 5 years ago for basic stuff. They have great prices and they earned my trust. Another shop told me my daughters car needed a lot of very expensive work done. I got a few other estimates and Blue Flame was the best and they had a good deal on a set of tires for her car as well. When we showed up to get the car, the tires were on it but the rest of the work was not done. The mechanic said that everything was fine and showed the manager to verify. After my experience on the phone I decided not to try this place out. Before I wrote this review today I tried to find the owners information and was unsuccessful with that also. We just moved to Wake Forest and have a recall on a tire that we purchased in Washington State. We were told to go to any tire store and the mfr. will reimburse the store. The guy that answered the phone on 8/3/2015 said that they purchase through a distributor and they don't deal with the mfr. He said I had to pay for the tire.I said no I don't! th... read more
Not the best place to visit. Management there is so unprofessional. They act like you are bothering them with your car problems. They want to charge you for ordinary tire air inflation that their competitors do for free with a smile in their faces. Won't advice anyone doing business with this people.
I went to this place to get my exhaust cutouts installed on my gto they did a fantastic job and the price was 3 times cheaper than meineki and other shops
