My daughter's experience with Erin was pleasant and she is an engaged therapist. Don't look for her there she left shortly after our visit! We showed up and she was seen for about an hour. The NIGHTMARE for me is not with the provider it is the Billing Manager Lisa. I was informed that I did not have insurance. Despite paying almost 12,000 in insurance cover annually. LOL. This is the most unprofessional place, everyone is rude, the billing person is rude and is not helpful, i called several times to make a payment and was told that Lisa will call me back, she never did and they still sent me a letter stating i was going to be sent to collections for bot paying while i tried calling several times to male a payment. I will not recommend this place.
