This is a deed restricted homeowners only community. If someone is trying to "Rent" you a unit, it's a scam! You will considered an "illegal renter" and will be removed. I love this development. There are many greenspaces which are tended to by the hoa. I have owned my unit since 2009 and have found it to be located in one of the best communities in Atlanta.
