I don't live in these apartments, but I do live in the neighborhood right by them. It would be nice if they fixed their fence. Not for sure how they get any new renters when right at the entrance the fence has been done for months. You see the tenants hanging out at the tables (which would annoy me if I lived there) and their dumpster over flowing with trash every time you pull out of neighborhood. Presentation is means a lot. Especially if you're wanting people to make that place their home.

Moved out months ago and have still been getting charged rent every month. I’ve called constantly, left voice mails to get a call back and still haven’t heard anything from them in 5 months! Looks like leaving a review gets you a response though. Before move out, we went over 2 hours with a water pipe that busted and caused damage to my apartment and the one underneath us for this same reason, you can never get ahold of anyone.. even in emergencies.
