I contacted 4 general contractors via email and within a short time (around 10 min), Shawn (My Guys Remodeling) called me directly to discuss scope of work and set up time to come out. To date (over a week ago), he was the only contractor to respond to me which is one of the reasons why I'm writing this review. Not only was he quick to get back to me, he answered general questions and set up a time to come see the home we anticipated purchasing, hence needing some work done before we moved in. My Guys Remodeling is owned by Shawn Sell and Joe Bass. They offer excellent products for their work, have great crews to do the work and top it off with outstanding customer service. Shawn and Joe came out to the house to discuss the changes my husband and I wanted to make to the exterior of our home. They listened, made suggestions, demonstrated the siding and windows they used in their remodeling in a very pleasant and professional manner.
