Great experience at Raleigh Radiology-Oberlin. The staff was kind, professional, and very organized from check-in to finish. My appointment started on time, everything was clearly explained, and they made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The facility is clean, modern, and well-managed. Highly recommend!
They asked me to come early then let me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while the wifi is extremely slow. The management can be improved.
Just got a bill in the mail for a service that I paid for while I was there in person.
I just wish I could give this place a 0!!!..Walking thru the door the receptionist was very nasty like she had to be there but with a nasty attitude I spoke and said Good morning she barely open her mouth.Then everyone was getting called in before me to go to the back so I went back to the window and asked her why is everyone going back her reply was everyone is here for different reasons I said ok went back and sat down it wasn’t 5 mins and they called my name who knows if she just registered me or not I had a MRI done outs... read more
