I traveled 3 hours to get an MRI at the Knightdale location to use the Open MRI - I received my report that the images were so poor that they could not be diagnostically interpreted. I incurred the cost of a hotel room, a round trip of 6 hours and the cost of the MRI to receive images that were too poor to interpret. I received one prompt from the technician related to holding my breath during the visit nothing to indicate the images were unclear. Why not check the images before I left especially knowing I traveled 3 hours? ... read more
This place is wonderful. The people were so kind and friendly. My radiologist Kim made me feel so at ease during my mammogram! It was the best mammogram experience of my 64 years, and started with a nice warm Smock to put on!
A week later and still waiting for my report. Very frustrating.
Quick appointment, friendly reception, full check in available online in advance, professional, clean and great bedside manners. Highly recommend for CT scan.
