Missed diagnosis caused a needed kidney and ureter transplant and removal of both ovarian veins. Raleigh Radiology and Doctor Jason Harris refused to accept any responsibility even after 8 other doctors found the missed diagnosis using Raleigh Radiologies images AND the needed and performed transplant with documentation that embolization should not have been performed and caused the problems. .
