I want to take a moment to share how wonderfully I was treated by the service team yesterday. I called at 8 a.m. with a personal emergency—my hot water tank had failed and needed replacement. Normally this wouldn’t be a major issue, but my 78-year-old aunt and two cousins were arriving that same day, and I couldn’t be without hot water. By far the best experience that I have ever had with a vendor. They knew what I needed just from a photo. They provided the vendor for me to get the equipment from and promptly scheduled an appointment soon as the stuff came in. The guy was courteous knowledgeable, and efficient.
Great experience with this company. They did a great job fixing our leak and checking to make sure everything was right before leaving.
