I have been going there for 3 years and it has been OK since day 1. BUT today was the last straw. Money is their main concern; above a person's feelings or how they treat the parents. Their receptionist (Shital) is very rude and condensending. Apprently their office, "doesn't make mistakes." What a horrible experience. My 4 children and I will NEVER go back. I absolutely hated it. And I agree with what the reviewer next to mine. Their waiting room is SOOO tiny. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
OK but not great – Took my 1 year old in for his first dental check up. Arrived on time with paperwork completed and in hand. Waited 35 minutes before being called back. The waiting room was literally overflowing and their "overflow" waiting room was too. It was quite a challenge to entertain my one year old with all the commotion and the long wait time.
