Receiving bills that my insurance company BCBS is saying have never been submitted to them. Multiple phone calls to this labs call center and nothing getting resolved. They are being reported to the NC State Attornys Generals office, BBB, NC Dept of Insurance and I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against all involved.
Horrible service and they billed me without putting in my insurance
Received a "final notice" and a threat to send me to collections when I had never before received a bill. I actually had to Google them to make sure they were a legitimate business - I thought I was being scammed. Then I saw the previous reviews with the same billing issues.
