I have been there numerous times for blood work. The staff is always efficient, prompt, and supportive.
Never shared any details of payment via mailing address or the email And it directly goes to debt collectors and impacts credit report!!! Pathetic !
You cannot pay your bill without a check or money order. They even have a website for billing and insurance but you cannot pay with Card. Called them and again... you cannot pay with a card. I actually thought this was a scam at that step and considering the address for checks payable is out of Toledo, OH....
No calls, no notice, just a collection on my credit report. have never heard of them before. Must have been Wake Med.
