Absolutely terrible staff. They had zero idea of what was going on, completely clueless. They didn't even inform me of what they were doing, simply came in and said "lean back, i'm going to put this in your eye". Like what? Are you going to explain at all what you're doing? In addition to the above, their equipment appears to be from the 90's. (Maybe that's why the staff has no clue how to work it?) The office is dirty, gross, and all around dated. I took my daughter to see Dr. Timothy Jordan for Strabismus or a lazy eye. The staff were all fantastic and very nice. Dr. Jordan was nice, but seemed a littled strange, needless to say he didn't see anything wrong with my daughter's eye at first when my wife took her into the room so my wife ask me to come back. After helping to comfort my daughter he was able to see the eye and how it was crossed.
