I had a procedure on 5/12/25 and only got the procedure done because I confirmed, based on the codes I was given, it would be 100% covered. Over a month after the procedure at UNC REX, I got a bill for $3,300. I learned through my insurance provider that a different code was used. It's been months of me fighting with UNC REX on the code (from the advice of this office), only to be told months later that there's nothing they can do, and I'll be sent to collections within 30 days if I don't pay it. The office staff is amazing and the care I received from Dr Flyke has been top notch. I had a hysterectomy and have never felt better. I am so thankful for Dr Robbins and Dr Flyke listening to me when no other Gynecologic doctors would.
I love this office! It’s so much quieter, and feels more intimate. I never feel rushed, and always truly feel heard and seen.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Segal for 15+ years. Exceptional women’s healthcare and I love that there is a Clayton location! Very convenient.
