Hayes Freeland was AMAZING and did so well of taking her time and listening to my issues, making suggestions according to my concerns and there wasn’t a single moment that I felt rushed or unheard.
I had a really good experience at my doctor’s appointment today. Doctor Ian Flyke was very helpful, took the time to listen to all my concerns, and explained everything clearly in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received — it makes such a difference when you feel heard and well taken care of!
I recently saw NP, Lori Freeland. She was thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable!! I had been driving to the Raleigh locations but wanted the convenience of seeing my OBGYN in Clayton. The office is clean and comfortable, and all the office and staff were so positive and helpful! Definitely check out this location!
The use of trauma-informed care by the providers is apparent. Front desk staff was welcoming and the facility was very clean. Highly recommend!
