If I could give a lower star value I would. I met with Dr. Yerramsetty for pain management. I was referred here by one of my doctors at Duke. Dr. Y came in the room with a scribe and he was not in a good mood. He spoke with a very rude and disrespectful tone of voice. He said he didn't have time to add me as a recurring patient. I would have thought the practice would have made that calculation in before even making my first appointment. So I left confused and angry at such a hostile experience.
I’m astonished to see bad reviews of RN. I’m a retired physician and probably sent hundreds of my patients to them. I’m also one of their patients myself. I’ve never heard a single negative from any patient I referred.
They are the best
Went in for my first MRI. Nurses and doctors were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.
