I have been coming here on and off for around 10 years and overall my experience has been average. Recent annoyance would be the “ai assistant” when calling them. Some nurses and doctors are attentive, Dr. Scagnelli being wonderful to see as well as Scott Idhe. Others have not been as great. The scheduling staff are not the most friendly and you will wait on hold for 30+ minutes for other issues on the phone. Overall, if you have migraines and sleep issues like I do - they will take you seriously and listen.
Easy check in and saw Dr.Scagnelli out in no time go back in 6 months
I've been going here since 2008, my first doctor was doctor Perkins, and he was a very great doctor. I haven't been here since I moved, back in 2021. I didn't know that Dr. Perkins retired, until I tried to schedule an appointment back in 2024!. These new doctors are careless, and all over the place. If anyone knows of a better facility, with better providers,,please direct me there!...
