The ladies in the Raleigh Neurology MRI office were very kind to me when I got an MRI done for the first time. They told me all about what was going to happen and were very friendly which help put me at ease. Made the entire process a lot less hard.
A little bedside manner training may help in this building … but it does seem like doctors are skilled, knowledgeable and willing to help
Every physician and support staff member here is so apathetic. It feels more like visiting a factory than getting help or health advice. A place to check boxes for the diagnosis process. No one seems to care about you, really.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the headache and use a different location. This one is awful!!! Been trying to get an appt since NOVEMBER 2024. It’s now almost May 2025. I’ve had three appts scheduled for a very important procedure to figure out what’s been going on and they have cancelled all three appts I’ve had. The cancellations came last min too.
