I've never met Jennifer Ito, ND in person. I've only had phone consultations. I had done a lot of research on my own on my condition. She endorsed some of what I was already doing, suggested her own approach, introduced new supplements and modalities I would have never known about without her. She would dispel her knowledge, which is deep, and summarize it later in a report for me to have. Dr. Ito is amazing! From the first appointment, she was very warm and actually listened to what I had to say. She's definitely an expert in her field, and the interventions she recommended were incredibly helpful. It's hard to find both compassion and knowledge/expertise in a doctor, but Dr. Ito has both!

Dr. Ito is an absolutely incredible naturopathic. She takes the time to actually listen to you, answer your questions and explain her rational behind why she's prescribing what she is to help you. I cannot recommend her enough if you have specific health issues you're dealing with or in general want to live a healthier lifestyle. Her knowledge is extremely impressive and I feel so lucky to have found her.
