I am @only.vona I went today for a mani pedi gel, and acrylic fingernail. I said this when entering the store. I have never had an issue at this store before. I have been going here for 3 years! Was going to rate a 3 because of the sweet elderly woman whom did my beautiful feet. But The owner apparently on a Wednesday afternoon is the only 1 of 3 in the building that can do acrylic, I said what I wanted walking in. Just save your money. They couldn't even do a classic manni with the correct shape on natural nails. Then another employee came to rush me out while my nails were drying.

I came in with bare natural nails, no polish. I asked to get my cuticles cleaned up. They are in rough shape and I'm just starting to work on improving the health and appearance of my nails. I repeated multiple times, just cuticles. I okayed having the ends filed, but then she used a rough sanding pad on the top of my nails. It left scratches and gouges that will take 6 months to a year to grow out. I left at that point.
