I bought a home with KB homes and KB uses this company as part of their electrical sub contractors. I had a warranty issue (electrical issue) that needed to be fixed. The techs were not equipped or prepared for the job. In one case slapping the outlet (you can’t make this up). On top of the what in the world service, the techs were extremely unprofessional and rude.
