Lots of maintenance needs that are never addressed and the managers (possibly owners not sure) are very rude and yell at the guests. I am sure they have issues with the unsavory people that they attract but that does not excuse poor conduct as a business owner. It is definitely not well cleaned either but if you are staying long term you can remedy that yourself. If you are staying long term here though your options are minimal anyways Id imagine.
