Not sure yet! – We gave them a call on a Monday to come out and they were a no show. Called them to come out again and they showed up and took measurements. Suppose to come out the following Monday NO SHOW. Talked to the man behind the desk and he said they would come out Monday to take the window out and order a new one and put it in The following Monday. I know that they can't just take a window out and not put one back for the time being until the new one comes in. So we will be watching how this plays out.

We got great service – I was making floating shelves in my living room. I wanted to make them out of glass but I had no idea what width the glass should be at in order to make sure it didn't break. I explained what I was doing to an employee at Raleigh Glass and Mirror. He gave me the specs, cut the glass, and I brought it home that day. You can also place orders over the phone so you don't have to make two trips. I'm about to use them for another project so I'll let you know how that goes.

Variable Pricing :( – Price in shop didn't match phone quote... Call ahead for quote, get name of contact, immediately mention phone contact and price upon entry... Better yet, call around...

Depends on who you talk to when you call them... – I called once and the gentleman I spoke to was very professional and nice. I called again and spoke to a very unprofessional man. After some light bickering, he did arrange his crew to come out to give me a quote on replacing an arch window pane. A few days later, I received a phone call quoting more than $1200!!!! Great Service and communication, job completed as stated. – I would definately use this company again, had no problems, job was completed in time frame given at a reasonable price. Technicians were friendly and helpful. Job well done!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE--- MISSED APPOINTMENT – WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY. APPOINTMENT WAS BETWEEN 10-11AM, 11:30am NO PHONE CALLS, NO SHOW, CALLED COMPANY, TRANSFERRED 3 TIMES, NO ONE WANTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND THEN CALLED US BACK TO TELL US THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 1PM. I DONT THINK SO.
