I was seen on January 20th by Dr.Woelffer in the Raleigh office. The front desk asked me to pay the co-pay of $47 before being seen. I paid it. I then was taken into a room to wait for the doctor. Dr. Woelffer entered with a comedy routine that I am sure some patients think is charming. He looked at my toenail and then started to scribble something incoherent on paper. 1st visit to a podiatrist since moving to NC and it couldn't have gone better. Dr. Grant was fantastic... knew his stuff, was very informative in answering all my questions and was very skillful with the procedures on my feet. Front office staff and Dr assistant were welcoming and professional. Wonderful visit.... would highly recommend
Love this place. The customer service they deliver is the standard that all doctors offices should be set to. My daughters and I have had care from several providers and the care is always excellent and consistent. Dr Grant and staff continue to provide unparalleled service! I needed FMLA paperwork and Lyndsye completed it for me in just a couple of hours. If prompt professional care is what you desire you will not be disappointed with this practice.
The medical staff was professional, friendly and provided clarity regarding my post-op care.
Very bad customer service, I may a appointment no one ask me for a referral, until the day of my appointment, they ask for a referral, they had plenty time to for me to get a referral, plus the customer service lady was rude an since my appointment was in the afternoon she could of help me an said I can call my primary doctor and get my referral. Poor customer service, I be making appointment with another doctor.
