As a senior citizen who is a retired medical ethics professor, my faith in the ability to combine professionalism and empathy has been restored by the Raleigh Eye Center in Wakefield. Dr. Dugan is an outstanding ophthalmologist who you can trust will provide optimal vision care. PH
Everything went smoothly.
The system which I was encouraged to use to enter all my indicative data does NOT interface with the system in the office. A waste of my time and then I had to enter everything on paper when I arrived for my appointment. I did not get a text or email or call as a reminder and I went to the wrong venue. Some work on the systems is required, Michael the medical assistant was terrific as was Dr. Ryan Machiele.
They were very helpful and I explained everything to me so I understood what was going on .
I’ve been a patient of The Raleigh Eye Center for 40+ years. I’ve always had a great experience here. Dr. Boliek is my primary doctor now but have needed the pediatric physicians for my daughter. All of the doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative staff have been wonderful. I have recommended this practice to friends as I feel the experience and professionalism at The Raleigh Eye Center is the best!
