My family and I received emergency care at UNC-affiliated hospitals on three separate dates between November 2024 and May 2025. Never received a bills until they sent it to collections. Poor business practices, but what do they care... It's not like you can pick an ER doctor... Shameful.
No need for me to write up my thoughts on these people... if you want to understand my experience and feelings about this "business", simply read the other 1 star reviews. My experience was the same as theirs.
Dr. CK accused me of drug seeking behaviors. I am so tired of these doctors and their unethical standards. These doctors will be reported to the medical board from now on. Let them play with their lives. One rotten apple out of the bunch in Rex Emergency Room.
