I hope they pour concrete better than they drive because this guy tried to run us off the road today on 40.
Did our neighbors driveway and just crushed our cul de sac with gashes from carelessly pushing concrete slabs across the culdesac. When asked to address them, they poured some liquid tar in a couple gashes and left. We had to try to fix but couldn't. What a mess.
We have been pouring concrete for over 20 years. This company has a serious issue with dispatch and customer communications. We did a large driveway where the second truck was 3 and 1/2 hours late causing a major delay which resulted in a cold joint on our project and losing 6 yards of concrete that got too hot. After multiple calls speaking with the supervisor they did not even try to make a concession or refund for the concrete that could that got too hot and had to be returned to the plant. Poured 10 yards and my call back order got there 2 hours and 44 minutes late, concrete dried and a brand new slab was ruined. They refused to take responsibility for this disaster.
