Doctor Simmons, Dr Harris and all of the staff are very caring and thorough. I take my cat and dogs to them.
When I walked in for my visit, the receptionist looked up and acknowledged me with a smile. During the visit, the nurse explained what was going to happen at my visit and she gave me information to help me make informed decisions for my pet's health. Gigi made me feel like a valued customer. The doctor was very nice and showed compassion for my pet. I left feeling very good about my visit.
I am very grateful to them; they were incredibly attentive and empathetic with my cat, who can be a bit difficult to handle. They provided excellent care, and Stefany was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The vet, the assistant, and Stefany were all very clear in explaining everything.
I went to get a booster shot for my puppy and we was there possibly 15 minutes total.
