I've used this location of Gerber Collision for two seperate repairs to my vehicle. Both times I've gotten my repair work done as promised and was provided the best overall customer experience and satisfaction with my vehicle and the repair work that was completed. Darrell, Linda and all the personnel at Gerber are great and were attentive to all my needs and questions. Won't go back here again.
Horrible collision repair shop – I took my car to this shop after experiencing a car wreck. The front corner of my car was involved in the wreck and it didn't occur to them that the alignment would need to be checked. They also said not-so-nice things about my regular mechanic, who later found three or four things their "wonderful" mechanic missed. If you value your car and good customer service, keep your distance from this shop.
