I first learned of Raleigh Auto Electrical and Diagnostics in 2022 when my car alarm and car lights would randomly turn on and flash every few hours and through the night. Needless to say, this wasn't great for me or my neighbors. Cedrick Harris Shaggy was very helpful he got right down to what was going on with my truck, he checked everything part that was on my truck he is real good and I will be going back to see him if anything looking to see what's exactly going on with your vehicle I prefer you to check Shaggy out
Absolutely Recommended!! Great Communication. I had my car towed to his shop and within 10 minutes of it being there he sent pictures that it arrived and promptly started to diagnose the issue it was having. While at his shop he washed my engine and throughly cleaned out my car which was just a little extra he threw in. He made sure to call with updates during the process. This is my second experience/car with Shaggy at Raleigh Electrical. The car was taken to Meineke several times( against my advice, my first response was take it Shaggy, and every time we had to tow it I said the same thing!) Meineke did not fix it, this lasted over a month, we had the car towed here and 1 week later we have a real answer and a solid fix. The friendliness/professionalism and his ability to break things down so that I understand it and do not feel like I am being talked down to is amazing. Avoid the run around... read more
