Honestly great! Everyone was super friendly and I feel like the whole service went really smoothly. I went to another shop a year or so ago and they suggested I get all kinds of work done on my car that was going to cost at least $8k. I have lived in NC for 6 plus years now. Raleigh Auto Care is the only place I have felt I could trust with my car and my wallet. I had to take it in for a car inspection and an oil change recently. Their honesty stands out beyond any other place I have taken my car. I am from the northeast and I am a tough critic. Once I find a good mechanic I do not switch. I am a lifer!
