After trying to charge me $1500 for a coolant leak I immediately took my car to another shop which fixed the leak for $200. Take your car somewhere that won’t waste your time and charge you $200 just to pop the hood.
Great customer service, they had me in and out in just a day, including diagnosis, & getting parts. Saw friends I referred to Raleigh Auto Care there when I dropped off and when I picked up!
My car was suddenly having issues one night, and I called in the morning to see if they'd be able to squeeze me in for repairs since I needed my car. They were super kind and let me know I could drop it off. They were communicative and I never felt like they were trying to tell me about issues that didn't exist. They fixed up my car in no time! Their reputation precedes them and they lived up to their hype as a local, knowledgeable, and kind business!
