I used to go to his office. I really like him as a doctor but front desk is very rude and they wouldn't let me make an appointment. gonna lose a lot of patience because of this. She is unprofessional and do not need to be handling patience. What a shame cause. I really like him as a doctor.
Just literally called there and received the worst customer service ever from Ms cook, or her name Mccarthy, she was very very rude . She works at the front desk .She had the most nasty and rudest customer service that I have ever received from anyone. She was short patient ,over talking and so rude. Because of her I would never recommend anyone to that office.
dr. cook is a excellent doctor
Looking for a new primary care doctor. Called twice to inquire on separate days that they were open and no answer! I also sent an email via their website days ago and no answer. What kind of a place doesn’t even answer their phones two separate days and let alone a medical facility. From the other reviews this seems to be a recurrent issue. Steer clear.
