rude and expensive Had trouble with my oven and called them. Tod (owner) came and gave diagnosis. Took 30$ for this service which gets applied if you decide to let him fix the problem (fair). Had another person come to give estimate that was much (!) lower. Called Tod (his wife answered) to get the part number from them (the second opinion had left that with me and I wanted to compare "Apples to Apples"), only to be told that this was a "company secret", that they never give out part numbers (so what are the 30$ for - partia... read more
This is my second time using Raleigh Appliance Service, the first time, Todd repaired our dryer after 2 other companies failed! Today he was at my home in the 2 hour slot they provided and within a hour my washing machine was up and running! He is neat, efficient and an honest man. I would highly recommend using this company!

Took a chance to save some $ and glad I did! My electric clothes dryer stopped working. I suspected it was the door switch and it was. Todd came out within the early part of the 2 hour time frame of appt time. He had dryer working within 20 minutes. I will definitely call on them for future appliance repairs. Sue H. Sterling Heights
