I have worked with Tammy for every home I've bought or sold for the past 15 years! She is an amazing real estate agent - attention to detail; catches issues that might arise from the appraiser/lawyer/other broker; has a great eye for design ideas as well as recommendations for "future" plans. She has a wealth of information about the market and trends, yet is not pushy and takes time to get to know your values, preferences and needs. Tammy is the epitome of a professional realtor. She's knowledgeable, experienced, resourceful, proactive, assertive, honest, and goes out of her way to be helpful. When things went sideways with the buyers at one point, she took good care of us while bending over backwards to help them and their agent get back in the game. Everyone walked away happy, especially us! Tammy was a joy to work with and I recommend her wholeheartedly!
