I’m a young dialysis patient and I have been coming here for years for various catheter issues. I’ve been on dialysis for 4 years and have never had an experience like I had here. I called the facility to get a same day appt for a disfunctional catheter. ( if my catheter doesn’t work, I can’t get my critical dialysis treatments ) I was originally given a same day appt slot, and then 10 mins later the “manager” called me and said that the doctor will not accept me today and that I can’t be seen there ever again.
