Absolutely phenomenal Patient Care
The time management sucks terribly! Every visit (all 4-5) have taken no less than 4 hours, regardless of the appointment time or the procedure. We’ve had an appointment at 9:45 and did not get seen until after 12:30. We’ve had an appointment for JUST an observation (not even a procedure) and it took 4 hours. You cannot plan anything for your day when coming to this office. I expect delays as with a typical doctor/medical office, but a 3-4 hour delay is absolutely ridiculous and careless.
