They required payment of $270 before attending to quote a replacement ($89) and clean a separate unit (extra $181). The person who came was unable to clean the unit we had (although we explaned the type in advance). They refused to provide any refund for the cleaning work that wasn't done and their quote for installation was more expensive than the Harvey Norman's contractor who quoted sight unseen and did a great job. AVOID!

Fabulous Zach who originally helped install or 4 new air conditioners nearly 4 years when he was just an apprentice so it was a pleasant surprise to have him come out just recently to look at one of our air cons which was not working to its fullest potential or in other words not cooling out room properly.
