RALCO Electric installed a Kohler generator at my house this past winter. From the start, information was presented clearly, and Chris H. was accessible to answer questions I had. Every phase of the installation was explained well before the workmen started. Each team or individual was courteous and diligent in their work. RALCO Electric installed a 20kW Kohler generator at my moms house and did a fanstastic job. From start to finish, everyone there was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The technicians were neat and efficient with the installation and went over everything with my mom once it was completed. I highly recommend RALCO Electric for anyone looking to have a back up generator installed.
Big thanks to Stacey and Fabio for their help with this emergency call. We were installing a larger window to the home and ran into some wires that needed to be rerouted properly. Ralco showed up that morning and had it resolved by 1:00 so we could install the window and finish the job on time. Thank you!

My experience with Ralco was that this is a very professional company with exceptional staff and fair pricing . Starting from the very first phone call to Ralco- just for general information on generators, to scheduling a meeting with Matt who came out to see the site, measure and plan out specifics, he gave me alot of information on generators and a price same day .
