I've had issues with my Strada RV since day one. I traveled from one dealership to another, and none of them could fix the problem. Every phase of the installation was explained well before the workmen started. Each team or individual was courteous and diligent in their work. RALCO Electric installed a 20kW Kohler generator at my moms house and did a fanstastic job. From start to finish, everyone there was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The technicians were neat and efficient with the installation and went over everything with my mom once it was completed. I highly recommend RALCO Electric for anyone looking to have a back up generator installed.
Big thanks to Stacey and Fabio for their help with this emergency call. We were installing a larger window to the home and ran into some wires that needed to be rerouted properly.
