The house was eventually built, but the experience with RALCO Builders was extremely negative and dragged on long after the build itself. We dealt with leaks, sloppy workmanship, and corners being cut. During later work, we found debris left inside walls, voluminous wood scraps stuffed into ducts, issues with quality at every turn. Ralco Builders built us our dream home. Neil, Joanne and team were amazing to work with. They were timely, efficient and professional. Someone was at the work site every day checking in on progress etc. Our home was ready for move in, in less than 10 months. Our contract amount nearly came down to the exact cent that was projected in our contract. We had no stress with Ralco, everything was taken care of by Neil and Joanne. We love our home and will always be grateful that we signed with Ralco.
