The best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is amazing! They all work together very well. Dr. Rakutt is a masterful dentist and can fix almost everything. With emergency problems, the business manager can fit you in quickly! I can't rate them highly enough!!
Dr. Rakutt and his staff are great. They do fantastic work and make sure that you are comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist in the Louisville area!
highly recommend. i was very anxious about going to the dentist again after 3 or so years, and i let them know in my notes. they were all super kind during the cleaning, never had to wait, were very reassuring, and i was in and out in less than 25 minutes for two small fillings.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First of all, I was a new patient here and on Feb 1 I had an appointment which by the excessive texts and calls from the place leading up to it, I couldn’t forget even if I wanted too. So the day comes around and I look at their texts they’ve been sending me so I know where to go. The message : “ Kelsey - Your appt is 2/1 @ 10:00 AM. We look forward to seeing you.
