Horrible customer service! As in there is none!! I tried calling the number and it sends me to the website to view the 'Help'. I tried sending message after message, but all of them will not go through. I keep getting an error message. I have not received the last 3 checks that I'm entitled to and I can't speak to anyone about it.

Dishonest scam company. Made a large purchase with a 12% cash back offer. Should have received over $250 cash back - was part of the reason I went with that particular store. They said I didn’t activate Rakutan (which of course I did) and have so far refused to pay. Would give zero stars. Beware **UPDATE** 2/11/25 - I am changing my review to 4 stars. There are always issues with larger cashbacks. The amount shown while placing the order was completely different from what will be posted later or sometimes the bigger cashbacks will be totally missed. They don’t honor them properly and I never saw any issue with smaller cashbacks like 2% or 3% ones. Looks like this is done on purpose and this business doesn’t have any ethics and accountability.

NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS False advertising with no one answering their phones nor does the online bot work. Got this 1/26/2025 email for 10% additional cash back for Instacart which doesn’t work. Now it magically disappears on the website?
