I usually don't like writing reviews for businesses, but the service staff here were truly terrible. The server was wearing headphones while attending to us, so they often couldn't hear what we were saying and just looked confused! Is this the kind of staff your restaurant hires? Are we actually expected to tip someone so arrogant and rude?Â
The food was bad, but the service and the staffâs attitude were even worse.Â
I ordered item #134, Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail, which is listed on the menu for $38.95. However, the dish that was brought to my table was not what I ordered. It appeared to be item #130, Steak & Lobster, which costs $32.95. I politely tried to explain to the server that the meal I received was different from the one I had ordered, but they insisted that it was correct and did not address my concern. You really need to improve your service quality. It was impossible to find a staff member when help was needed, and the attitude wasn't very friendly eitherâI was a bit disappointed.Â
