Very rude, unprofessional and notorious customer service skills. Rude Lady named Marisa Notaro is the most horrible and most rude one. Does not even how to talk or email customers. I dont know how they are running a law firm with such poor customer service skills and such rude paralegals. Always with negative attitude. Never recommend this. Alomost lost my temper on their rude attitude.

My families experience with dealing with this law firm was awful… there was always some sort of delay , or paper to sign, or unexplained slow processing . We had a settlement we needed disbursed amongst the 4 of us, this should have been a 3-6 month process & took A YEAR!!! Laura was not efficient and advocating for a speedier process at all .. would not recommend using this firm

She was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Kaitlin kept me well-informed every step of the way, and her communication was clear and timely.
